Project managing the entire process for you. Yes, from helping you choose the right cottage for you, to constructing it, right down to organising delivery, foundations and connecting services.
Keep Costs Low
Save you money. We know what works and our standardised structure means that materials aren’t wasted, architect fees are kept to a minimum and building consents are more straightforward.
Build Off-Site
Build your cottage at our business yard. This way you won’t have to worry about the neighbours or costs associated with builders and trades needing to drive to your site to complete work.
Provide Exceptional Service
Provide friendly and helpful service. We encourage you to pop in to see how your build is going and enjoy being part of the process. Quality advice and support when crafting your cottage to suit your style. We guide you through making your colour choices and key internal finishing selections.
Mark Out Site
Our experienced team organise the site prep for your foundations, as well as complete your foundations ready for delivery. We organise not only the delivery but also the placement of your cottage on site.
Lay Foundations
Once the pile layout for your cottage is sorted, we will arrange the pile borer and concrete the piles in for you. Ready for delivery.
Include Verandah and Deck
Finally, no cottage is complete without a verandah and deck to laze out on and enjoy the views. We provide this, at no extra cost.
Adhere to NZ Building Codes
All of our cottages are designed and built to current NZ building codes by experienced builders and certified and trusted tradespeople.
Deliver your cottage
We re-fit the deck and verandah posts, as well as fix the cottage to the piles and attach the baseboards as part of the package. Delivery up to 50km is included in the price, if your site falls beyond this we will include the delivery cost in your quote.
